Easy ways to order Zepter products

Step One: Fill out the Request Product Form and provide us with a valid email address and contact phone number. Specify which products you are interested in.

Step Two: We will respond by providing you with current prices, bonuses and special discounts currently available for your products of interest.

Step Three: We will contact you directly by phone to secure payment information.

All major credit cards accepted. When payment is processed, you will receive an email and regular mail confirmation of your order, including order amount, order date, and sales agreement number. Allow 8-10 business days after payment processing for product delivery by UPS. For quickest and easiest order execution, we recommend this method to most customers. We encourage everyone to read our Privacy Policy for information concerning the gathering and distribution of sensitive information provided to us. We pledge not to disclose any sensitive private information to unathorized third parties and we guarantee that we will not use the information given to us any further than is necessary for us to complete your order.

Mail Ordering
Zepter International (USA) Inc. Michigan Division accepts personal checks, money orders, bank checks, and Western Union money transfers. Please be aware that such methods will result in a longer time delay between your order and product delivery.

Instructions for Mail Ordering
1) Fill out and print order form.
2) Include times of day when you may best be reached by phone in your email. You will be given your order total, including shipping and sales tax. You will also obtain your Sales Agreement Number as Confirmation of Purchase.
3) Include payment. Make checks out to:

Memo: Write your Sales Agreement Number here.

4) When your order is received, a copy of your Sales Agreement will be sent to your address promptly. You will also receive an email confirmation shortly after payment receipt. Expect to receive your products by UPS within 10-14 days of this communication.
